Ideally a 10-15minute animation, showing step-by-step guide
to a new business process. something very similar to the Virgin Atlantic
inflight safety video.

Customer X responds ' I would like a full tank of gas please'
petrol attendant begins to dispense fuel to customer x vehicle
petrol attendant asks customer x, do you have an LMS card sir?
Customer X responds 'no I don’t how can I participate'
petrol attendant concludes the transaction and proceeds to register customer x
petrol attendant issues customer x an LMS card and takes his registration details including (name, address, contact no & email)
petrol attendant activates the LMS card via the POS
petrol attendant updates LMS card with purchase information and issues customer x receipt
petrol attendant hands over LMS card to customer x ' here is your LMS card sir - you can call our call center (number at the back of the card) or visit our website for member benefits'
Customer x receives sms confirmation of LMS registration with LMS#
customer x receives sms notifcation of transaction with current points balance
