Need a very eye catching banner created & Installed on site

I need a eye catching banner ad created that is either animated or looks like it's flashing.

I need it done today, Saturday February 18, 2012 and properly installed on my site at

The designer needs to be able to install the banner on my Wordpress site that has an "Elegant Themes"

Wordpress theme installed and make sure that the banner is working properly and not affect the current

functionality of the current site in any way.

The banner needs to be installed in the upper right hand side of the page. See attached screenshot

to show where the banner will be installed.

If you don't have the time or skills necessary to design an eye-catching banner and be able to install

it properly, please do not bid.
