58592 Simple Flash Animation

I need a simple flash with limited animation... A talented designer should be able to complete this project in a few hours or less. I am not that familiar with flash but basically I want an animation that fits seamlessly into my website. Ideally I do not want to have to have any special scripts or software on my server to support the flash animation. (But if its necessary let me know) The animation should be around 10 seconds long. It should be quick and be able to be viewed on high or slow speed connections with a variety of browsers. This project is best suited towards a talented and CREATIVE flash designer who make artistic decision on his own to develop the best visually appealing production possible. After choosing a designer I will go over the specific content of the flash production and escrow the bid. Full NDA
