Children illustrations and animations

We need someone that are good at simple illustrations and animations for kids. They are to be used for Flash educational games and we already have the programmer, but need the illustrator/animator. To get started and to get something to base a bid on we need 10 different backhrounds - easy as they will contain texts. They will have themes like "classroom", "aliens on a planet", "in a forest", "on a farm" and so on. In addition we need 10 characters to start with, mainly phantasy characters like aliens, fairies and animals. Each character should have easy animations, simple movement and show happy face and sad face when the answer is right/wrong.
We will only accept bids from someone that can show ys samples of their former work. There will be lots more work for the right person, We would like to build a long steady relationship with the right person.
