Design 2 simple glass buttons and add to flash menubar

Job Description:

I need two simple glass buttons with round corners created :

1. Bright Orange in color - text "Authorize" - rollover state - dark orange

2. Lime Green in color - text "De-Authorize" - rollover state - dark green

Size = should fit directly under date symmetrically

When button click it should perform same function as Assistance button

Attached is FLA file as well as screenshot of menubar

Escrow will be done upon accepting project.
