Commercial Automated Roof Snow Removal System

we are looking for a designer to create a 3D rendering of one of our commercial automated roof snow removal systems. The design in and of it-self is not very complex, especially in that we are not looking for individual component design, simply an appealing over all image of the equipment concept. An enhanced version of the one we already have.

We would then like the unit place on a commercial roof of an already pre-designed commercial building rendering. We would like snow place in the picture, around the pre-existing land scape, a snowing effect about the commercial building and property, and the center of the snow removal rail moving up and down pushing snow into a flat heated pan drain system drain system. The drain system would then glow as if heating up and a steam effect to make it seem as if the snow is melting away, We will supply the commercial building, complete with landscape rendering to be used in the animation.
