We need a 20sec Animation, based on a .3ds house architecture model that we will deliver (it is originally from archicad, so if that works better we can also provide this).
The materials of the house model will need to be updated and we need a landscape (scandinavian style, rocks, woods, sea, fjord, sun).
Afterwards we need a camera movement towards the house, turn around in front of the house and view a fantastic sunset. We do not need highest quality, but it should be kind of impressive and have emotional expression. It would also be good if the animation can be integrated into a flash movie.
