Currently I have had this template for 3 years and have grown out of it.

I need to expand into a site that incorporates advertising and secure login for our
customers to track miles they have traveled on horseback thoughout the year.I want this
Database tracking to be able to email us upon certain milestones they have reached.
We want to provide advertising space on the main page and have a look and feel similar to

I would like to have a similar setup to [url removed, login to view] in the fact that an advertiser can
instantly sign up and have their stuff online/onsite after our approval.
We would like to use Paypal etc.. for instantly collecting fees.
I would like to be able to administer this in the future and can provide artwork for the
site or anything needed.
I would like to move on this asap.

I think this is the highlights of what Im trying to accomplish.
Site should end up being 10-15 pages or so. I would like to be able to edit these fairly easily or have a template page for making new basic pages.
