Action Script Textile Pattern Generator

I want to make a textile pattern generator for the front page of my website. it needs to be built in action script. I am a textile designer, so all the elements are technically accurate and easily go into repeat.

there is 810X500 pixel window. the bottom 70 pixels or so will have 20 icons in it that will be greyed out. When you click on an icon, the icon will become full color and remainder of the window will have that image in a 4 inch textile repeat filling it. the user can turn on and off as many images as they like. the elements need to be able to be moved around by the user. I included a sample of the textile below (it does not have the tool box on it).

after the user makes their print, they have three options from a button bar:

1. save to desktop. a 4"X4"(or the congruous number of pixels) section of the repeat will have to be saved and tiled out into a predetermined size so they can use it as a desktop pattern. a box with my website name will be watermarked on it.

2. share. the same image from above will be emailed to a friend.

3. set as background. the same 4 by 4 image will be tiled and fill the background of the website and will be used a skin throughout the site.

Thank you!

All the elements are drawn, colored, and in the correct order. The remainder of the site is complete. I just need someone to make my interactive game work.
