We are looking for a fresh, fun portal for 3 levels of users - publishers/readers/writers. Final pages will eventually link to groups of newspapers or magazines, dating sites, classifieds, real estate. If design is so impressive, a further 15 pages is required. Looking for modern, eye catching, memorable and VERY easy to use. For brand that is rolling out internationally over next 18 months.

Design and HTML only required.
