Project Includes: Website Design, Graphic Design, Banner Design, Flash
**Note: The maximum budget can expand in the coming months with the addition of website items so the site would need room to grow. Also willing to hold off on purchasing certain website options if it would mean a better design for the page within the stated budget.**
Background: This project would be for The TenAcious Tau chapter of Alpha Psi Kappa Fraternity, Incorporated (a non-profit, service, and social organization at [url removed, login to view]). The chapter has only been around since 2005, so there is a large need to recruit in order to heighten the service efforts. The basic mission of this fraternity is to provide community service while creating a more positive view of gay women within the community.
Purpose: To recruit members into the organization and inform possible sponsors of our efforts.
Color Scheme: 2 Main Colors - The colors of the frat are baby blue and cream. Pages also make use of white and black. Multiple colors are fine as long as the main colors are the focus.
Symbols: Main Frat - White Bengal Tiger, White Thorn Rose, Laurel Tree, Blue Sapphire, Artemis, Cane, Phoenix; Chapter - Pressa Canario (dog), Onyx, Oak Tree, Poseidon, Trident
Look: The page would be professional, yet urban and artsy. (I want it to appeal to our target audience. It is important that this website have a very unique style to it.)
Target Audience: Gay "dominant" women ages 18-40 (but mainly targeting the 20-30 range).
Pages/Links: Home, About Us, History, Lineage, News & Events, Outreach & Service, Gallery, Why Join?, Requirements, Interest Form, Contact Us. *Open to suggestions from the designer*
Other Options: Pay membership dues through site; Submit form with suggestions on events and service possibilities; text message reminders; Newsfeed; *Suggestions from the designer are welcome*.
Layout: *Open to suggestions from the designer*

The chapter is very active in the Houston community (and one of only two chapters that covers Texas). The launch of a website will be followed by a marketing campaign (business cards, flyers, radio spots, etc.) that could allow for a lot of exposure.
