Real Estate Presentation Website Creation

Need to design and build a website that will present/promote a real estate project.

The main challenge is to convert area maps/schemes and building floor by floor, apartment by apartment plans to flash or other interactive feature. There also will be several slideshows, therefore jquery knowledge is needed.

All details will be available to the winner.

Does not need to be that complicated though.

This project must be complete within 3-4 weeks.
There is nothing complicated there, so that time is more than sufficient.
