Template/Page Work Required - Seeking Web Design Partners

Hello All,

We are are a mature ecommerce, programming and web design solutions company with office located in the east coast USA and East Africa.

We have several ongoing projects that are at various stages of completion from 70-90% and require finishing touches. A summary of this work is:

- New template for shopping cart pages on ecommerce site

- Minor page touch-up of content for existing site pages existing template already completed

- Addition of text content and some graphics to new pages with existing template already completed.

- Total amount of immediate page work - approx 5-10 pages

We expect to pay 50 USD for the above work as most of the work has been completed. Please place your bid.

In addition to the above project, we are seeking to outsource web design and flash design work to one or more developers for all incoming projects as well as to complement our sales team during their prospecting efforts for new customers.

## General Terms

- Would be required to submit between 1 and 3 free mockups for potential customers per week. This is a regular occurence when an end user is considering us to bid and as such we typically provide a courtesy graphic mockup of a site design. If we win a project for a mockup you created you will be assigned for the main project.

- Must have professional experience developing sites using Photoshop and Flash and have the ability to provide PSD of works to end client upon request.

- Must demonstrate clean and creative designs for both web graphics and flash development.

- All communication will be restricted to our internal project manager for all aspects of projects.

- Must be able to meet and stick to deadlines agreed to for each milestone of project.

- Must be able to accept incoming calls via landline for rare occurences of end client needing to dialog with designer, and as such must have good oral and written English. Availability should be at least 2-4 hour window during the 9am-5pm EST timeframe.

## Payments / Earnings -

- A flat rate of 20% commission will be paid on all completed projects for web design related labor fees charged to client.

- Payments will be issued on the 1st of each month for all revenues earned the previous month. (Online reports of all commissions earned will be available at all times).

- Must be able to receive payments either by PayPal or [url removed, login to view] **. In the event payments are to be received by [url removed, login to view], payments will only be made in the amount of 50 USD or higher. If a months earnings are less than 50 for any reason, the earnings will be rolled into the following month. Under normal circumstances, we do not expect earnings to be less than 50 USD per month.

## General Info

- We generally take on an average between 2 and 5 new projects per month, and would generally expect not to assign more than 2 concurrent projects per developer.

- Expect to earn on average between 75-250 USD per month, depending on the number of projects you can complete, number of mockups you submit and how frequently you can complete projects per month.
