Website Redesign. Make it look amazing :)

Hello, Im looking to have somebody redesign my site, make it look more appealing and functional.

Its attractive, and very refreshing and I like the colour scheme. Perhaps something without the flower and something a bit more education themed. I also have many documents (term papers) to be uploaded, so i will need the different catagories organized and the papers uploaded to them. (there is an open bid on a CMS which will be integrated into the site , so if the bidding closes and is finished before you start, it would make your job that much easier)
Some things to take note of while bidding
1. Must be deliverd in a timley fashion.
2. Wont buy you parts for your car or your computer in instead of paying you.
3. Dont mention 100 things that are wrong with my site and how you can fix them all for one low price.
4. Because the site is education themed, if you cannot speak and write fluent english, please dont bid because we cannot afford any spelling mistakes etc.
