AS3 Flash Activity Optimized for Mobile

DO NOT give me links to you resume and work you've done!!! Give me a personalized message showing that you have looked at:

1- our app on the Android Market

2- our .apk

If you cannot look at our .apk, you cannot get this job. Do NOT send me a message without installing our .apk to your own device first. We are on a strict timeline and cannot work with anybody not totally ready to begin mobile development immediately.

We have an app that has been selected as a finalist in the Adobe Air App Challenge -

We are using Flash CS5.5 Pro for our coding environment. If you take a look at our .apk, you can see that kids earn pesos by getting answers correct. We'd like to add a reward page (frame on the timeline) where kids can go and USE their pesos to dress a donkey.

The idea is simple, kids will select graphics from a tilelist or something, and drag them onto the donkey - similar to the wide array of "dress the picture" apps available for iPad and Android. Take a look at the Wow Wow Wubbzy dress the doll app for IOS if you have an iPad or iPhone. I don't have an equivalent for Android but I'm sure there are a bunch of them out there.

Here is my .apk for you to see:

I'll attach our icon here, which has the donkey in question. I'd love to see anything you can think up as far as things to put on the donkey, although I can provide some AI files with ideas.

Time is of the essence: our deadline is Nov 11, so your project will have to be finished way before that. We want something simple, fun, and eye catching that will leave the judges impressed.

You will also have to code with 2 devices in mind: a 1 screen tablet like the iPad, and a dual screen device, which we will give you code samples for. Basically our app uses IF statements to determine what the device is, then positions the stage elements accordingly.

This is a project for a really smart and savvy developer who knows how to deliver!

I have already bought a couple of touch components on Flash Den (a tilelist on, and a scrollpane one) - so you don't have to create mobile optimized components from scratch, you just have to be smart enough to work with them quickly :)

FYI you'll have a access to all necessary code, all existing graphics (we have a lot of different ones, all in SWF format) - as well as our simple score saving system, which you will have to adjust in order to take away pesos once a student has used them to buy something.

We are using all vector SWFs, generated from Illustrator - so if you have AI files you'd like to use, I can convert them to SWFs for use with this.

You will not have to worry about sizing PNGs for different screens, as we are not going to be using Bitmap graphics.
