Flash Game specifically for Facebook

The purpose of this posting is to find someone that can develop a Flash game, that will be used with Facebook. This program will work very similiar to the following: Farm Town Cafe World The gameplay, goals, objectives, features will be common. As you can see from both of those Facebook games, they share the same theme - even though they are two different subjects. I have an idea for the third one, which is what I would like to create. So imagine if you had to create Farm Town or Cafe World, how much would you charge for that? Winning bidder will get the topic for my game and move forward from there. --PLEASE tell me how you are going to accomplish this? One person? A team? How will you hit the timelines.
