Last month, we hired a free-lancer to develop a simple Flash navigation menu, connected by PHP to a database. The demo looked good on his site, but when we paid up ($500) and got the original files, we noticed a complete lack of documentation. We commissioned this menu so we could modify it ourselves in Flash. We got the demo, no documentation, and no further e-mail from our free-lancer.
For someone who knows Flash and PHP, this is probably a very simple project: document our navigational system and tell us how we can modify it in Flash. We'll send you all the original files. The documentation doesn't have to be formal. It can be in the form of e-mail answers to our questions. It ought to take no more than a couple hours for a good Flash programmer to evaluate the navigational system (it's a really simple one) and then write some documentation in reply to our questions.
Please reply with rate, a summary of your Flash/PHP experience, etc.
If you're really good with Flash, we'd consider dumping the PHP part and asking you to tell us how to store variables directly in Flash for faster loading.

I am an experienced flash designer! I have made a similar menu to your, but it uses text files, but i also have experience in PHP, so documenting your menu won't be a problem! Hope to hear from you!
