Map with locations highlighted, on mouseover shows addresses

I have a requirement for someone to build a simple flash map of the UK and Ireland.

I will give you a list of addresses which you will need to show on the map (simple dot will suffice) and when a user mouses over the "dot" a panel appears with the full address of the shop.

You will be required to supply the .fla file as well as .swf and you must agree to NOT show this in any portfolio you may have, either on or offline. Full rights will be ours.

Maximum budget $50
