Quick Flash Header

Hi, I need someone to make a quicke Flash header. I'll provide all the graphics, you just have to make a basic Flash header image. I need 3 things: 1. Slideshow effect. I need a series of images to fade in/out one after the other. So for example: fade in 1st pircure - show picture - fade out, fade in next picture - show picture - fade out, ... and so on continuously. 2. Text scroll/fade in. I need a short text slogan to scroll and fade in. The text should appear in bits, not all at one time, for example "1st two words"...., "next 3 words"...., "final 3 words". 3. Menu mouseover effect. On mouseover the corresponding menu button should be brighter. On mouse off the button should fade back to the original color. If you moved the mouse quickly over the menu buttons, this would create a shimmering effect. That's it, I'll only choose a bidder who sends a personalised PM, thanks for your interest and good luck.
