I have 10 years of experience in Flash and Flex ActionScript. As you have mentioned that only simple text changes are required to be made I can do this with in an hour from accepting the bid. Question 1. Can you please let me know the version in which the Flash is been created? Suggestion If the text content requires frequent update then we may have separate XML file for the text content so that you may update the text on your own in future. if we go with this suggestion I require 1 day to complete this changes.
