UPDATED FLASH PROJECT

This project is the update of a preceding one (Flash animation 12 minutes) which could not be completed in time due to a strong delay of the supplier. In order to complete it as soon as possible requirements had to be changed towards less demanding specifications. All the project new specifications are detailed in the files attached. Part 1: The final draft has to be delivered within May 13th. All revisions requested in accordance to specifications compliance should be completed within May 15th. Part 2: The final draft has to be delivered within May 17th. All revisions requested in accordance to specifications compliance should be completed within May 19th. As this project is an update of a preceding one, due to defaults of the supplier, in case of further delays, even of 1 day only, this project may be reported as incomplete. MAXIMUM BID ACCEPTED IS 80$
