I am in need of a custom application that accept web form post from potential customers. These are leads which need to interface to an administration app that pools the leads and distributes them to paying agents who receive these leads as they come in according to their set daily limit that they ordered, for example agent 1 in Vancouver ordered 20 leads for the day, and agent 2 in Montreal has ordered 100 leads per week with a daily limit of 15 per day. Systems needs to have an accounting function for each agent which keep running counts of leads purchased and payment history.
