Unreal Engine 4 Level

Hello, i am part of a small indie development team making a MASSIVE sci-fi multiplayer shooter and we have a very small budget of personal funds and we require a playable environment for us to finish off the prototype. hopefully, you can help us out.
I require a realistic, playable, game map to be made within the Unreal Engine (UE4). the map is for a sci-fi multiplayer first person shooter. it includes wall running and advanced vaulting and this will need to be taken into consideration while making it. the map will have both exterior and interior. the map is inspired by Avatar (Movie) and is intense with jungle theme it will also have a randomised weather system (NOT made by you) it is important that game modes are taken into account and it matches the games movement mechanics. the map will be used for a prototype. all assets are supplied via an Unreal Engine 4 account and google drive if you have your own assets that are fine if you want to use them. we have sketches and concept art for what we want to make (final goal) however i know that with a fixed budget ($50-$60) it would be hard to achieve this so we are happy to go over a bit of design and step by step walkthrough including going over our own backstory. all work can be used in any portfolio although always appreciate.
Overview of what we want:
Playable jungle level
must have at least one or two buildings (Hospital or other)
match movement mechanics (wall running vaulting, not for the whole map)
game modes are taken into consideration (conquest, deathmatch etc)
optimized for an FPS
REALISTIC GRAPHICS (nothing out of the ordinary)
BONUS
if a walkthrough or basic cinematic showing of the map can be made once it is completed and finalized that would be GREAT!
all extra work is appreciated and if the concepts or general idea can be meet that is fantastic but i know that it will take a while and may not work it with you but i know we would use you again.
