Votar Agent - a real estate game for the age between 7 and 21 years. This game is a simulation of the world of realtors/real estate agents and how they conduct business. Players are start with capital to run their business, all activities players engage in costs money and the capital they start may get deplete and this becomes a player's challenge to generate money to be in the game (The point of the game is money management and becoming a property mogul)Players have to do cold calling to clients looking for properties to sell and then do the listing process. Once the player has listed the property and there is an enquiry for viewing for a potential buyer, player should do a viewing process.
