I am a very busy mortgage broker located in Ontario, Canada looking for a reliable assistant with proven experience who can work with our approved private and banks lenders to secure mortgage funding for our clients.
The successful candidate will work from a home office (IP Phone provided). You will need be organized, reliable, flexible and be able to work independently. You will work online with our Contact Management software; have reliable internet access; and be able to type.
You will be provided with one of our IP phones, but you will need to have access to a smartphone with email throughout the week in order to receive email alerts and calls. You will not be expected to be tied to your home office all day, but you will need to be immediately responsive and available between 9am and 5pm Mon - Fri.
Successful candidate MUST be located in CANADA and be fluent in English with access to a smartphone and the internet. This opportunity would suit a stay at home mum or someone who is currently a virtual assistant or has real estate, banking or mortgage experience.

This is a PART-TIME CONTRACT position with hours of work averaging approx. 4-6 hours per day depending on how organized you are. However, you will need to be available during business hours so that you can deal with files and respond to emails and calls quickly. Total compensation plan is made up of a monthly base with quarterly and annual bonuses totalling approximately $29-45,000 per year depending on targets achieved.
