Create interactive maps showing the location of sporting facilities using GIS coordinates

We would like to create maps that visualise the representation of various facilities in a city and then use these maps in a report (so need to be able to copy images into a word doc). Ideally we would like to be able to produce a master map that highlights all the facilities we have listed (44 facilities in total) but then filter the map by the type of facility and the hierarchy it sits within). This master map can then be filtered by us to create a map for each facility type, or hierarchy across facility types. For example, we would like to be able to show all the basketball facilities on a map, but then be able to filter to show all types of facilities. We understand that a normal PDF can be developed in this way to apply filters / layers to it. We have provided GIS codes for each facility. The spreadsheet provided will list the name of each facility, the facility type, the physical address, GIS Co-ordinates, the number of courts per facility (such as 2 outdoor basketball courts, or 2 indoor courts), facility hierarchy.
