I have a MS in GIS and was trained at the ESRI headquarters and utilize ESRI's ArcGIS 10.x. I can geo-code your addresses and output the csv file as well as a map with open street map data as a background to show the locations of the points. That way to would be able to see concentrations of the locations of the addresses. Do you have the river and shore data available? Or can you provide the geographic region where these points are so I can source the data? I can also search for the flood plain data if I know the regions. Using elevation data, flood plain can be modeled in 3D.
