DWG to Postgres/PostGis

I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me in converting my DWG files into Postgres/PostGis. The purpose of these files is for Geography/GIS. I require specific attributes to be extracted from the DWG files and a moderate level of detail in the output PostGIS data. Ideal skills and experience for this job include:

- Strong knowledge of DWG to PostGIS conversion

- Experience in extracting specific attributes from DWG files

- Expertise in Postgres/PostGis

- Understanding of Geography/GIS

- Attention to detail and accuracy in output data.

Once the conversion is done a web interface should be built to view the Autocad file converted, including all metadata and name references.

the web engine should be apache over rockylinux, using leaflet or openlayers
