Hi there I’m looking to partner-up with a person to work on a foreign local lead generation website and get more leads to them by optimizing current marketing funnels via Google Ads, Website and Retargeting. Current stack: - Google Ads (basic conversion tracking, no attribution) - Google Analytics (basic conversion tracking, no attribution) Main problems: -no defined page funnels -no defined audiences (time, pages, exclusions) -not clear what’s converting, what’s not = poor ad budget allocation Your job would be: 1) To review everything together with me 2) Check current conversion tracking and then optimize it to have objective data in Google Analytics and Google Ads. 3) Prepare a plan for possible funnels with existing content/pages (we aim at 3 funnels to test).If you have any ideas, we will definitely implement them. Also we will need to check where people are falling out of the funnel to optimize landing pages (basic CRO). 4) Prepare Google Analytics audiences for funnels 5) Implement everything to Google Ads (audiences, retargeting) 6) Execute a plan, track and optimize daily for a week, then twice per week, then once a week We have 3-4 weeks max for the project to be completed. All applicants will get questions before details will be disclosed. Project will be divided into smaller phases with milestones to be paid: 1. Current situation analysis 2. Get current data (conversions, tracking) 3. Outline funnels (diagrams) 4. CRO recommendations 5. Prepare GA audiences, connect with Google Ads 6. CRO recommendation implementation and funnel activation The list of project phases can be expanded or contracted by mutual agreement. Some of the phases can be really short, some can be way more longer. Project will be tracked in Workflow management software Clickup (same as Asana,Jira,whatever), non compliance with deadlines will terminate the project without any notice. Web development and other required resources as requested. Budget - $200-600.
