Applying CI/CD Google Cloud App Engine Pipeline For Two Target Environments

as of now we have fully working ci/cd pipeline for master branch of our project to google cloud project of live env
going forward we need:
- the same ci/cd pipeline structure for a the develop branch deploying to separate google cloud project of staging environment
side conditions/notes:
- existing database used by live environment should be re-used for now if possible. if not, i can setup a dedicated new database
- both environments need to be separated and bitbucket pipelines for master/live and develop/staging must not interfer each other... so the deployment for each plattform must not negatively affect the other environment
