Use Google Apps Script to get Instagram and TikTok follower counts

Job Description:

BEFORE YOU BID: In your bid, tell me whether you'll use the TikTok Ads/Facebook insights APIs or not. Both solutions welcome.

TASK: Create a Google sheet with two tabs: Instagram and TikTok. Each tab should have two columns: Date and Number of Followers. Date is the date the script ran. Number of follower is how many followers the given account has.

The script should be able to run once per day without getting blocked.

I should be able to easily understand the code so I can modify it later.

The only input into the script is the TikTok/IG username.

If you determine the only way to do this is through the TikTok Ads and Facebook Insights API, that is a possibility.
