Chrome extension for webscraping while browsing

Job Description:
Looking to have a web scraping app built as a chrome extension
1) user turns on extension
2) app runs and monitors web traffic and responses (like using Inspector shows for network/XHR) in user’s in focus tab
3) app automatically saves network request responses as user browses to user’s local machine (download folders)
4) if response is JSON. Convert Json to csv file and save.
5) if format of multiple requests is the same for Json, concatenate multiple responses into single CSV
6) user clicks Stop to end the capture and save files locally.
I will require source code and will look to publish as a free extension in the chrome app extension store
