AJAX FOR A QUOTATION FORM IN SPANISH
We are requesting a form to run in one of our subdomains. The page title and address is the same as the domain. We are requesting the following:
1. The colors should match our brand new colors (the logo will be provided)
2. It needs to be symmetrical, no boxes longer than others, layout should be balanced
3. Each field needs to have the description or definition on to the right of the actual field
4. We require the form to be populated in Spanish (all errors or other validation issues need to be in Spanish)
5. The form should be made using boblight
6. The form must have validation
7. The form must show a confirmation page and send a copy of the form to the requester and to our email address
8. Once the form and layout are approved, the form has to be uploaded and working on our domain and functional at least in: Firefox, Chrome, IE and others applicable
9. Background page must include the colors present in our logo.
10. Before submission, capcha is required
11. There is less than 15 fields required
Once awarded, all the information and flowchart will be provided
