225474 Web Design - PSD Required

We need an SL to do graphic website design for a car company. The design concept has already been approved, so you'll just need to apply your creativity to the guidelines we give. Details are uploaded in a PDF file. Please note that no HTML coding is required; I'll only need you to deliver a PSD file. I'll want to award this project quickly (within 24 hours), so if you think you're up to the job please send me a bid and some ideas that you have.
