Banner design

I need 1 (one) banner design for an IT shopping site. It must have 6 design elements: 1. Motto. 2. Product name. 3. Product specs. 4. Product manufacturer (it will use manufacturer logo instead of name). 5. Product image. 6. Price (it may contained 2 prices, "old" price and "new" price, old is stroked through). Dimensions: 550px x 220px. It must have rounded corners. Please use different layers when designing as it will need to be heavily modified for each product. Please design it so that everything can be easily changed: text, images, colors, etc. I will release payment once I have a PSD file that meets my requirements.
