1) Need a slight redesign to improve my logo and make it look more professional. Want to keep the little house design the same with the same colors but the text size is not very good for web or print design. Really just need better text(font , color, size), move things around and make it look better. I would like two versions, same elements, just one horizontally orientated the other vertically orientated.
2) After we create logo I need a full page header banner ad for my website. This will be logo left,a tagline center & text with phone number right. Size 940px width to approximately 100-120px height to find the best fit. In the middle(above or below center text) I want to leave a blank space area for a 468x80 banner overlay.
3) Design a 468x80 banner. Project Cost Estimator banner to be used for link to a website calculator on my site. I would also like a 200x150 size, basically the same design just reposition a few items to fit the new size.
I need unlimited revisions until we get the design to my satisfaction. When we reach the final design I will need the banners formats for web and print. I will post full milestone payment upon project acceptance. No advance payments, as soon as files are delivered and copyright letter is signed full payment will be made.
