Create Design Decal for Cardboard Ballot Box

Job Description:
I need to create a design decal for a cell phone recycling ballot box. The design will be printed on decal stickers that attach to the box. The ballot box will be used in fundraisers to raise money for various causes (schools, churches, youth groups, etc). Attached i have the templates with the dimensions required for the decal design. Included is an example of what the ballot box looks like with a different decal design. I'm only looking for an experience graphic designer, who ideally, has worked with packaging.
I forgot to mention in the description above -- I'm also going to need a simple flier, poster, and smartphone graphics that will be used as marketing tools for the cell phone fundraising events. These marketing tools will be uploaded onto my website for people to use.
