Type up word participants notes from scanned info

I am preparing some pages for participants manual for a training workshop. I need someone to convert the scans (scans are only a half A4 in size) into Word Docs using Century Gothic 11 font for the majority of the content and 12 font for headings and send to me in word docs, not PDFs. In addition to word processing , there are a few diagrams/tables or continuums to insert or recreate as seen in the scans.

There are 5 topics to type up from the scans:Page numbers refer to the page numbers seen at the bottom of each scan.

1) Meeting Effectiveness Survey: 2 Word Pages

Content: 3 scans: scanned pages 122-126. Delete paragraph on top of page 122

2) Closing the Meeting - One Word Page

Content: 2 scans: scanned pg 120, Point (8) Determine Next Steps plus insert pg 168 after point 8. Point (9) all but don't include 'Formal Survey' heading

3) Interventions: 2 Word Pages

Content: 5 scans: scanned Pages 65 'Wording Interventions' and page 66, 67, 68 including top of page 69. Do not include 'Telling versus asking'

4) Prioritisation Matrix - 1 Word Page

Content: 1 scan: page 148 including diagram and first sententence on page 149

5) Probing Questions - 1 Word Page

Content: 1 scan Use page 10 and only the top point on pg 11 i.e. do not include 'Do's and Dont's.."
