NOD The P.U.T.T. graph

We are looking for a person do a graph illustration using In Design and place it on the inside left bottom corner of a brochure. It must be scalable in case I need to reposition it or adjust the size. You could probably try using the first attachment as a base in the brochure and alter it. It you plan to use the graph that is on the brochure, extend the back line and use black for all the lines. The second attachment is hand written design of the what I want. I would like to be advised of the time frame it can be completed.
