assemble 5 images X 8 slogans = 40 total icons/avatars

I need someone to take my 5 images and then do design work thus: for each image have my website name at the top ([login to view URL]) in a lettering style that is appealing and fits the image and then one of the 8 (supplied) slogans along the bottom in a matching lettering style/typeface so that I end up with a total of 40 unique icons/avatars (5X8). The icons/avatars will be used online as avatars in social media profiles and forums and therefore must be a scalable/resizable file format with minimal image distortion (as different forums and venues have different max file and dimension sizes so I must be able to resize the fles as needed with a standard image resizer tool). Some venues have file size limits as low as 20k, so again I will need the icon(s) to be resizable/scalable down to that low if possible with minimal image distortion, or at least as flexible as we can get. It is part of the bid to do the layout/assembly of the image and to select and propose an appropriate lettering/font style/color and typeface that matches well with the image and slogan. Again, the 5 images will be supplied and the 8 slogans will be supplied (each slogan is a 4-5 word tagline)
