I have experienced a very poor service and when I complained I was granted with a letter that informed me i was barred for the premises without any explanation and I couldn't get any answer from the local venue nor their head office as to why.
I would like to create a campaign to raise awareness , I have already completed the website now i am going to get some leaflets designed so I would like a cartoon type sketch to get across my complaint.
It needs to include ( ALL BLACK AND WHITE )

Sketch: 2 males in suits at a table, one goes to the bar while the other sits bored.
standing at a bar customer to staff I have waited 25 minuites for you to tell me i have to wait another 45 , surely you could have told me before i got to the front of the Queue - staff response “ What would you like me to do interrupt serving to tell you the food is an 1hr wait ? ( a couple standing behind me dont leave them out )
Customer to staff : I would like to see your manager
Customer to Manager :I would like to make a complaint " and we do " says the couple behind me ( when he came over, with the woman (first member of staff ) who at this point is back behind the bar. shouts over " what was i supposed to do its not my fault Cant you see we are busy “ “ We have 2 members of staff on “ ( tables in the background with empty seats,
Manager " What would you like me to do jump the queue just for you ? cant you see were busy ?
Customer " if you had a queue outside the door i would have seen your busy and not came in , all i ask is that you do as other venues do and explain there is a delay so a customer can make a choice.
Couple : What do we do now? where do we go
Manager : try bebbington
Man : stands and watches their conversation
Couple : but were only visiting port sunlight how do i get there
man 2 couple : Look i need to go somewhere so i will take you "
opinion of port sunlight very poor chatting on way home in car about horrible place

Further complaint handling ( head office ) phone them , “ SPIRIT “ “Complaints helpdesk “ We will investigate the matter for you “

Appeals process “” BLOCKED “ NOT TALKING TO YOU “ IGNORED “ , maybe prison or something.

this is just a bit of fun for me to feel better about the way i have been treated, all i want is someone who enjoys doing this kinda stuff not someone that is looking to make a fortune out of it , realistic if i get a bid for $30 , and some good examples matching what i am looking for then the job could be yours, any more and i may as well scrap the idea as i dont need it ,
