Job Description:
I am working on starting a new news, informative and social type website for a particular business. Looking for standard ad placement on the page layout as well. I know almost exactly what I want.
I know I want the front page to be very similar to the following site

I like the main center attraction here as well have three smaller boxes, but I would like to shift the focus to the left and add page content on the front page as well as ad boxes
I like the floating footer on this site and will design one designed as well
We currently do not have a logo for the website but we like how BlackBerry logo is very simple on the top left
We want the page to be basically this site but white instead of black
For the interior pages we need
Something like the following

Would like this completed this week so we can start on coding
