Super Simple Logo with Transparent background needed

I need the attached peach (in 2 file formats) with the text below turned into a simple logo.
Want "[url removed, login to view]" written in a cursive green (?) font on top of the peach - I'm thinking text should be at a slight 'northeast' angle 35 degree or so angle.
Word "Pinellas" Can be on top of second line of text that says "[url removed, login to view]" which I think will lay out ok and allow for larger font size.
Sample cursive font attached that I like. Don't know what it is.
Logo to have transparent background please with final file versions that I can use to post online and in print media please.
