Book Cover Design

Hi, I need to find someone to finish off a front book cover design. I already have a JPEG image I want to use, but I would like to incorporate another image into it. Specifically, the book is about the challenges facing the continent of Africa and the hope and optimism the author has for its future if the people allow change to happen. The subtitle is 'the dawn of a new day' and the JPEG is a dark image of the map of the continent. I would like to incorporate a sun rising behind the map and starting to shed light on the countries as it rises. We want the effect to be of hope, possibility, and optimism! I will attach a copy of the JPEG. The bidding is open for 5 days and I would hope the approved design could be ready no more than 5 days after the job is allocated, including time for any tweaks.
