Photoshop Illustration Design Work URGENT.

This project is not your typical design job. Please quote for the following job. We need this completing ASAP within a week.
The job consists of two different tasks. All based around street dance to be printed on T-shirts and jogging bottoms (trousers).
Each image can be supplied in a separate file. These images will be going to a screen printer so complexity needs to be kept to a minimum. We expect PSD and high quality JPG for each.

First Job.
I have attached the 'insperation' tshirt and a drawing to help u understand the notes !
We require what is on the picture of the tshirt but adapted to suit 'dance' not skate ! The colours etc are fine.
The main things that need swapping around is the skateboarders images to dancers (see attached. [url removed, login to view] for example), the word skate changed for 'dance', the word 'KK' or changed to 'RJ'.
We need a design for the tracksuit bottoms to match , so same colours, same themes, really big, bold and in your face ! e.g lots of big paint spats, dancers, scribbles, swirls, words.
But bare in mind it has to go vertically down one leg and be seen clearly from both the front and the back of the trouser. For the butt-ox pocket of the joggers (trousers) I would like just the initials 'RJ' in a urban font that matches other stuff!

The t-shirt is to be 3 skulls in a clump togther, one neon yellow, one neon pink
and one bright blue. See [url removed, login to view] attached for inspiration. (its alot brighter than it looks on pic)
The jogging bottoms (trousers) need the words 'Urban Venom' writing vertically down the leg.

in the same urban style font as the first design with a border around it. The main writing is to be in floresant yellow and the border around it bright blue.
CORRECTION: The design is going to Vinyl Printers, not Screen Printers.
