Client owns a building – business centre. What you have to do is create 5 illustrations. We will use these illustrations in the representative brochure for investors. We have a sketch of the brochure without illustrations so you can follow the style while creating illustrations. Also we will send samples on how they handle illustrations in other documents. For all work you have to use google maps. We will use satellite view quality and might direct you to another maps so you can use the better one. The illustrations with maps should be 100% vectors, that means you have to create vectors from maps and it’s the main difficulty of the project - to create vector maps of necessary areas. Only “satellite view photos” are not needed to be vectorised.
