Create a wordpress wesbite with 2-3 templates

I need someone who can help me create a wordpress website describe as follow:
I. The home page (see attached file):
1. Front-end: the header, video and registration form, the footer are full width. The other parts are 968px maximum. Mobile responsive.
2. Back-end: there are 2 main parts:
2.1 The home page options:
- Header option: have a place in back-end to input logo image link and key the phone number.
- Introduction video option: have a place to input YouTube code.
- Registration form: can use the BuddyPress Extended profile for this function. There will be a place in the back-end to manage all user data with a search function for all data. The search function is broad match. The data can be export to excel.
- The six selling points option: There will be a place to input Title, excerpt and hyperlink to the post.
- The video testimonials option: There will be a place to input unlimitedly Youtube videos, when we move over the video, the video avatar will be bigger. When we click the video, we can play the video in the post-template.
- The program option: There will be place to input the program title and bullet as designed.
- The accredited agent options: There will be place to create unlimitedly agent information as designed. If the number of agents are bigger than SIX, the agent information will be fetched randomly.
Every hyperlink will be directed to the post-template which is attached.
2.2 The user management system: can use the wordpress default user CRM or can create the new one. But must have all information of the registration form with a search (broad match) and export to excel functions.
II. Compatibility:
The website must be compatible with wordpress from 3.5 to the lastest and the plugin: Buddypress Extended Profile, MailChimp for Wordpress, Theme my login. and Shortcodes Ultimate.
III. Payment option:
50% when the project is completed and checked out. 50% when all bugs are fixed. The debugging period will last with 2 weeks. Every supplier must have a Skype to work.
The project should be completed within 5 business days.
