Refinement and Improve an my existing site and make pages more Responsive

I already have HTML files and it is developed using Bootstrap. check [url removed, login to view]

1) However there are some issues in the pages in which need to be rectified

2) Also, I will need the site to be refined to give it a more professional look.

Suggestions expected before start of work

3) I will work on page by page basis. Will start first with the homepage

4) I am running on a very aggressive schedule, so delivery date once committed is non negotiable. In case of delay it will have impact on the payment.

5) The budget mentioned is for a single page

Freelancer has to

2) Provide the list of changes/improvements that he/she is going to make.
