Reverse Phone directory

I'm looking to get a simple reverse phone directory built. Basically a proof of concept website(with some effort put into making it look modern/nice) Main Page: a text box to enter a phone number + links to login/register, how it works, about + filler space for an ad + a box to enter 5 emails to have us email their friends. Number Profile: once a user enters a phone number, go to the profile page for that number(validate that it's a proper number i.e. remove dashes etc). Have the phone # in big font, a view count, and text boxes to leave a new comment, + list all the comments already submitted for that number + filler space for an ad. For each comment, list date/time it was posted, the ip it came from, with a link to report the comment. Once a user submits, offer them the option to sign up for an account/login to link the comment to their profile. The account basically keeps track of all their comments. Also prompt the users to have us email their friends telling them about the site. Admin page, which allows to easily change logo, CSS, text, edit/delete any comment on the site, see a list of reported comments with a way to mass moderate, ban user, shadowban user, change ad code, a place to enter google analytics code Extra functionality: all the basic stuff to prevent the site from getting sql injected, etc, SEO friendly link structure(i.e. [login to view URL]
