Complete a Rental booking site based in Yii PHP framework

I have an existing bike rental website which is 50% completely made in yii framework by a developer who had to leave midway for a personal emergency.

There are some functionality level changes as well as some bugs that need to be fixed.

Here is the list of changes:

-- We will replace time picker at the bike booking page with timeslot dropdowns ( eg 12 hrs, 24 hrs , 36 hrs etc) and disable timeslot which are not accessible due to either the bike being unavailable or if the timing is outside of store opening and closing hours.

For eg if the bike is already booked on that date . or time . It will show in Red and will not allow the customer book. similarly if the the selected duration falls outside the store open hours, the option to select the date will be greyed out.

2) Change from All Bike Format on the Browse Bike page to each bike landing page like reference site ( simply product page like any estore)

Product Detail page will be added for a bike.

3) Homepage background slider to accept video files - Like ref site.

Again Reference site.

4) Basic Estore functionality such as email notification to the customer and to us at back end, subscription, Analytics, MailChimp, etc integration

5) Ability to book/reserve the product at backend manually by the admin

6) Ability to add an Information Page from back end (similar to Wordpress) . This feature is already there , but if there are bugs we will fix those.

7) SEO Friendliness, If not already there ( meta tags , <eta description at page level , already there)

9) The ability for Guest Checkout, ( not there in the current site)

10) Exportable DB in the backend of customers and bookings( already there for bookings, need to add for customers)

11) Booking Visibility at the backend Filterable with Start Date, Bike Name, Number. ( again already there)

12) Coupon Code implementation already there but need to add criteria of Time Period when the coupon will be valid.

Could you please tell me if you are skilled to take up this project and if so what would be cost for the same?
